I want my clients to be so happy working with me that they will sing my praises from their new rooftops. For this reason I only work with the people who are the right fit: buyers and sellers who are bright, optimistic problem-solvers with a sense of humor and a streak of kindness. Once we have the right fit established, I am genuinely loyal and I will choose relationships over dollars in my pocket any day.
The results reinforce the relationship. I achieve results by leveraging technology and the talents of multiple specialists on my team and in my network. Why aim for mediocre results by doing everything yourself, when you can get outstanding results by engaging the brightest and best specialists in their field? Creating results through tenacious-yet-civil negotiation is one of my favorite elements of this job. There are always multiple ways to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome, so long as each challenge is approached with integrity, creative minds, and all parties have their sights set on a win-win result.
